Witch On Crescent Moon

This vector has been in progress forever (well over a year now). In fact it still isn't finished. It comes from a small section of an anime wallpaper. I thought the witch was cute, but I didn't realise how finicky and detailed some parts are.
Perhaps it's not that a complex vector, but I've redone bits over time, stressed over colours and implemented gradients. All that remains is some hair shading and further refinement.
